The Saturday wedding rental rate is $6,950 plus Washington sales tax. Access runs from Friday at noon through Sunday at 8 a.m. Complete cleanup by Sunday at 8 a.m.

The rental includes the barn, surrounding grounds, catering area, bar, four outdoor restrooms, patios, tables and chairs, and ranch house for preparations. See the inventory page.
What is the Sunday wedding rental rate?
$3,950
The Sunday wedding rental rate is $3,950 plus Washington sales tax. Access runs from Sunday at 10 a.m. through Monday at noon. Rehearsal at other times may be scheduled if necessary. Camping is available Sunday night; camping fees are separate.
