This Privacy Policy explains how THE CATTLE BARN, LLC (The Cattle Barn) handles information through this wedding planning guide and its inquiry forms.

Information we collect

When you contact us, you provide your name, email address or callback phone number, selected inquiry topics, and message. Our hosting and security providers may process technical information such as your IP address and browser information to deliver the website, verify submissions, and prevent abuse. Please do not include sensitive personal information in your message.

How we use and share information

We use inquiry information to respond to questions, arrange conversations and tours, and manage venue inquiries. Nancy Harcus receives your inquiry and may reply personally by email, phone, or text according to your request.

Cloudflare hosts the website and provides Turnstile verification and temporary submission records. Resend processes email inquiries. When the website text form is activated, Twilio will process SMS inquiry notifications sent to Nancy. These providers process information needed to deliver and protect these services. Direct texts from your phone to Nancy use your mobile carrier and her messaging service.

We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

SMS consent information is used to administer the messaging program and is shared with service providers only as needed to operate it. We may disclose information when required by law or to protect the service from abuse.

Text messages and consent

The automated SMS program forwards website inquiries to the designated venue contact, Nancy, with her permission. Website visitors are not enrolled in an automated SMS subscription by entering their phone number. If you request a personal text reply, Nancy may use your callback number to respond to that inquiry. Records and retention

The website keeps temporary submission identifiers, timestamps, processing status, and a hashed requester identifier to limit spam and duplicate submissions. Records older than 24 hours are removed during subsequent submissions; this is not an exact deletion deadline. Email, text, and provider delivery records may remain in inboxes, phones, and provider systems for responding to inquiries and operating the service.

External sites and security

Links to other websites are governed by their own privacy practices. We use encrypted connections and service access controls, but no system can guarantee complete security.

Your choices and contact

You may ask about your information, request correction or deletion, or ask us to stop contacting you. Contact Nancy at [email protected] or (509) 304-9050. We will consider requests subject to records we need to retain for legal or operational reasons.

We may update this policy as the website changes. The effective date above identifies the current version.
