These Terms & Conditions apply to the wedding planning guide and inquiry services operated by THE CATTLE BARN, LLC (The Cattle Barn).

Using the planning guide

This guide provides general venue and wedding planning information. Confirm availability, rates, services, capacity, and event arrangements with Nancy and your vendors. Submitting an inquiry does not reserve a date or create a venue rental agreement. A separate written agreement governs a booking.

Please provide accurate contact information and use the forms for venue inquiries. Do not send unlawful, abusive, misleading, or unsolicited promotional content, or interfere with the website. We may limit submissions to prevent spam and duplicate messages.

SMS Terms

Program: The Cattle Barn website inquiry notifications. After activation, the website text form will forward inquiry information to Nancy Harcus, the designated venue contact, who has requested these notifications. The automated program sends notifications to Nancy only. It does not automatically text website visitors.

Personal replies: Visitors may request a text reply by providing a callback number in the text inquiry form, or text Nancy directly from their own phone. Nancy responds personally about tours and venue questions. Providing a callback number does not enroll a visitor in recurring promotional messages.

Frequency and charges: Notification frequency varies with website submissions, and personal reply frequency varies with the conversation. Message and data rates may apply.

Consent: Automated notifications require the designated recipient’s express permission. SMS consent is separate from acceptance of these website terms. The recipient is presented with the SMS notification consent wording before permission is recorded. Visitors do not have to receive texts to ask about or book the venue; they may call or email instead.

Stopping messages: Once the automated SMS program is activated, its recipient may reply STOP to the notification sender to unsubscribe. For a personal conversation with Nancy, ask her to stop texting you. You can also contact us by email to withdraw permission.

Help: For messaging assistance, contact [email protected] or call (509) 304-9050. Automated STOP and HELP handling must be configured before the notification program is activated.

Delivery: Text and email delivery may be delayed or fail because of carrier, provider, or network conditions. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. For time-sensitive arrangements, call Nancy.
